Grandma’s Chocolate Pie

I’ve decided to give a yummy holiday gift to all of you. This is the recipe for my Grandma’s chocolate pie. It’s a creamy, rich pie with just the thinnest layer of crisp on top. Even better it’s the easiest pie to make.  Best of all there’s no meringue on it!  Dump six ingredients in a bowl, mix and bake. Done. A couple of tips to ensure your success. I usually mix everything but the eggs first and then whisk in the eggs. This is just so I can be sure that the hot margarine doesn’t cook the eggs. You may be tempted to use butter, but don’t. It’s just not as good. Use margarine. Trust me on that. Serve it with whipped cream if you like.

Enjoy! Happy Holidays!
